A compassionate dog has a baby on the way and eagerly awaits her beloved family’s return. However, her heart is shattered as they have forsaken her and show no signs of returning. Abandoning an innocent animal can never be justified, especially in a world where animal welfare organizations strive to provide shelter and care for those in need. Unfortunately, there are still those who neglect puppies, as evidenced by the case of Marie. Despite being pregnant and on the verge of giving birth, her owner abandoned her without a second thought. Even this dire circumstance failed to evoke any empathy from her family, leaving the unsuspecting dog to fend for herself. Innocent and hopeful, she waited for their return, but it never came. She was left behind like an inanimate object when her owners relocated, leaving her stranded on their porch.

Tania Capelluti is the brains behind Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue, a sanctuary dedicated to caring for abandoned animals in Costa Rica. She initially traveled to the country as a tourist, but was shocked by the number of animals left to fend for themselves on the streets. Determined to make a difference, she founded the shelter and rallied support from volunteers willing to take in and care for the animals. Although her original plan was to host a yoga retreat in Costa Rica and then return to Germany, Capelluti’s love for the animals and dedication to the cause has kept her there ever since.

Upon learning of Marie’s situation, Capelluti had already left the country. Nevertheless, he took swift action and spoke out against the cruel neglect this poor dog had endured. Capelluti observed that Marie was left without any sustenance, creating a dangerously bloated stomach. The heartbreaking image of Marie waiting endlessly by the door, hoping for her owners’ return, only added to the injustice of the situation.

Not long after, Wynn Mackey came forward to lend a hand to the adorable pup. Despite already having multiple dogs under her roof, Mackey couldn’t resist the urge to extend her generosity towards Marie after hearing her heartbreaking tale. Prior to that, the furry creature was being looked after by community members.

Mackey had been anticipating the arrival of Marie’s litter, and thus made arrangements for a comfortable bed for her to give birth. A few days later, Capelluti joyfully announced the birth of seven adorable puppies from Berlin on Facebook while sharing a picture of Marie and her furry offspring.

Mackey had formed a strong bond with a precious little dog. The loyal pup refused to leave her rescuer’s side and even chose to give birth in Mackey’s bed. As a loving and protective mother, Marie took great care of her seven adorable puppies. Once they are healthy, they will be seeking a forever home. It’s heartbreaking to hear about the abandonment that this sweet dog endured, but thankfully, she was able to receive assistance just in time to give birth to her beautiful litter. This brave dog has become a symbol for all the animals out there who have suffered the same cruel fate. Fortunately, thanks to the remarkable efforts of those who dedicate their lives to rescuing abandoned animals, these creatures can have the chance to experience true happiness as part of a loving family.
